The best way to reach us is through email... we aim to respond within 24-48 hours but this may occasionally be up to 5 days.

*We don't have a telephone/mobile number, and our member's WhatsApp groups are for informal chit-chat only, therefore not manned regularly.

Due to GDPR, we will never discuss personal account queries on WhatsApp so please don't send queries through there as they won't be responded to.
